It is a system applied on surfaces with a fluid temperature between +50°C and +1200°C for the purpose of thermal insulation for similar industrial elements such as tanks and pipes in indoor and outdoor areas. The purpose of thermal insulation is to optimize energy saving. While determining the insulation thickness to be applied, factors such as fluid temperature, ambient temperature, surface width, humidity in the environment, and working time are taken into account.
Prefabricated glass wool, rabitz wire rock wool or ceramic wool are used as heat insulation material. Following the thermal insulation provided, mechanical strength, resistance and vapor resistance against external factors are provided by sheet coating application.
